Acrylic on Plywood
This is probably my most time consuming piece yet.
I was recently commissioned by a skateboard and roller derby shop that is opening up here in Portland, to paint the front of their sales counter. Since they're still building it, I was able to get the plywood before it was built into the cabinet. I can't wait to see it when it's finished.
The skate shop is called Flywheels. They're located on NE 21st Ave and Alberta St, in NE Portland.
You will also be able to pick up my hand made old school decks there.
Anyway, I've always loved this photo of Steve Olson. The guy had style for days, and he's a pretty rad artist as well.
